Whether you are already a trained athlete or simply trying to get fitter, Stringer's is a family run gym that offers a truly personal touch. Our gym is run by experienced, highly trained staff that will ensure you feel welcome every time you visit.
We offer a fantastic range of free and fixed weights, a cardiovascular studio as well as numerous classes which take place in our studio and outside (weather permitting). The classes we provide are spinning, yoga, box-fit, core and abs blast, boxing conditioning – a class to suit everyone, whatever your level of fitness and ability. Remember our classes are FREE to members but all are welcome!!!
The completely refurbished premises are fitted out to the highest standard. Studios are light, airy and spotlessly clean and feature four separate training areas, with all the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment, ensuring you will be working out on the very best a gym can offer. A separate room is equipped with brand new free weights and benches.
We have personal trainers who are available to offer that little bit of extra coaching, whether to keep you motivated or get you ready for a marathon! Whatever your background, we at Stringer's will ensure that every individual gets the most out of their training or keep-fit regime.
REMEMBER there is NO CONTRACTS or hidden charges at Stringers, free parking, free program consultations, no joining fees, no induction fees and our classes are free to members!!!
