Two teenage boys were arrested after copper was stolen from a Western Power Distribution compound in Devon. Arrests came after officers were called to a site at Victoria Road, Forches, Barnstaple, during the early hours of Thursday morning. The pair were taken to Barnstaple police station. The 16-year-old, from Ilfracombe, was charged and bailed to appear at North and East Devon youth court, on February 26, and the 17-year-old, from Barnstaple, was bailed to return to the police station on March 11.
