For private functions from Weddings & Receptions to Birthday Parties the house is exclusively yours for the duration. We try to be as flexible as possible so whether you want tea and cakes on the lawn or a live band in the Orchard Suite, the house and grounds are available for you and your guests to use however you wish. It's your day so we want to create an event that is as individual as you are.

Woodlands Castle is licensed for civil ceremonies and can offer exclusive hire from £1200, so you can build you own package and control your own budgets or set packages including everything from welcome drink and wine to table centres and 3 course-meal start from £91 per head. For larger numbers we have our fantastic Garden Pavilion with star lining. Ever thought of having a Christmas wedding? We have a great catering team that pride themselves on providing excellent, reasonably priced, locally sourced, food to suit your tastes. With over thirty set menu's to choose from there is something to suit everyone, or create your own menu and we'll price it for you.

So you can have a stress free function we have compiled a list of recommend suppliers for you. If its limo hire, fireworks or a bouncy castle you want, we know they provide the level of service you would expect.

Conferences

Conveniently located off the M5 at junction 25 we are both accessible yet tranquil.

There are five versatile meeting rooms in the main house, and the garden pavilion the largest holding up to 300 people in theatre style. With 12 acres of private grounds for outdoor training. We pride ourselves on flexibility and accommodate our clients needs wherever possible. We have no minimum numbers for bookings and will always place you in a room to fit your requirements.

Team building days are also available from archery and problem solving games on the lawn to quad biking in our neighbouring fields.

All our rooms have natural lighting and benefit from no pillars or obstructions. We can also offer a two course hot buffet for those extra special meetings.
